Will my garment need alterations?

At Brent Wilson, we strive to deliver a flawless fit right from the start. However, we understand that achieving the perfect fit may require some minor adjustments.

For first-time orders, slight deviations can occur due to various factors. It's not necessarily a matter of incorrect measurements; rather, the human body's complexity can sometimes result in unexpected fit issues.

When we gather your body measurements for online orders, our aim is to achieve what we refer to as a 'modern fit'. If your preference lies outside of this, we may need to make some alterations to achieve the desired outcome.

Rest assured, these alterations are minimal and cost-effective. We have taken this into consideration when pricing the suits in this exclusive promotion at such an attractive price point. Even with these slight adjustments, our suits still offer exceptional value, surpassing any other quality options available in the market.

Please note that, as our garments are crafted according to your unique customisations and measurements, we do not provide refunds.  

However, if you encounter any fit or construction concerns, we invite you to contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. We pride ourselves on a high end service model from the convenience of your home.

What happens if my garments have been altered and I feel it still doesn't fit?

Unalterable Garment Assistance

If you encounter fitting issues with your garment that cannot be resolved by a local tailor, please provide us with photographs of you wearing the garments along with a brief description of your fitting concerns. 

Our dedicated Customer Experience team will carefully evaluate your situation and determine the most suitable solution based on your requirements.

Please ensure that you contact us within the Claim Deadline period, which is 7 days from the date you received your order.

Photograph Guidelines

To assist us in assessing your garment's fit, we kindly request three photos of you wearing the item—one from the front, one from the side, and one from the back.

If you have ordered multiple garments of the same type, such as shirts, it is sufficient to provide photos of yourself wearing just one of the items, unless your concern pertains to inconsistent fit across all the garments.

Tips for Capturing Perfect Fit Photos

  • Maintain your regular, comfortable posture.
  • Keep your arms naturally at your sides.
  • For jackets, fasten the top button.
  • For pants, tuck in your shirt and ensure the waistband is visible.
  • For shirts, leave them untucked to allow a full-length view.

Request assistance from someone else to take the photos, or use a self-timer instead of taking selfies (with your arms at your sides).

Ensure adequate lighting for clear photos.

Fit Description

In addition to the photos, please provide a concise description of your fitting concerns and your estimated adjustments in measurements. Rest assured, we don't expect you to possess expert tailoring knowledge. Your estimations will assist us in understanding your comfort level in the garments. We will review both your photos and fit description before making sure you receive the very best outcome. 

What do I do if I receive a garment that has a quality or construction issue?

If you happen to encounter any concerns regarding the quality or construction of your garments, we are here to help. Please reach out to our dedicated Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order for prompt assistance.

To ensure a smooth resolution process, kindly note that we can only assist with garments that remain unaltered and unworn. It's important to retain all swing tags attached to your garments for verification purposes.

How does your AI "MyTailor" measuring app work?

We have implemented "Elevation and distance deep AI learning" which identifies the camera distance from the ground and from the user to ensure optimal conditions whilst capturing 100's of unique client measuring points. 

This along with "Pose Verification" deep learning AI technology which minimises human error by guiding the user to scan in a correct pose. 

Once we have completed your personal front and side scans along with your provided height and weight our Ai deep learning technology creates a 3D avatar of your exact body measurements and body posture in up to 15 seconds. 

With these unique and precise measurements, our expert tailors are equipped to construct a suit that matches the quality and precision of a personal fitting experience. 

The detailed data captured by our AI-based measurement system ensures that every aspect of your body shape and posture is taken into account, allowing our tailors to create a suit that fits you perfectly. Rest assured that the craftsmanship and attention to detail invested in each garment will be on par with the standards of a traditional in-person fitting. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your refund policy?

Please note that, as our garments are crafted according to your unique customisations and measurements, we do not provide refunds for made to measure products.

If you happen to encounter any concerns regarding the quality or construction of your garments, we are here to help. Please reach out to our dedicated Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order for prompt assistance.

Goods may only be exchanged for online orders on the grounds of a fault in the product, different size of the same product (in the same colour). Brent Wilson does not take responsibility for unsuitability, change of mind or any other particulars.

All exchangeable goods must be approved prior to return. Returns are approved at the discretion of Brent Wilson. We will endeavour to exchange approved returns to the best of our ability within reason. Where a product has been approved for refund and is no longer available, the purchase price you paid will be refunded to you.

Request for exchange must be notified to Brent Wilson within 14 days of purchase by emailing enquiries@brentwilson.com.au or by calling +61 432 254 390.

Returned goods must not have been worn, altered, washed and must be returned in the condition they were received including original packaging and swing tags attached. Garments that do not have original packaging and swing tags are not eligible for return.

You may wish to insure goods returned or send returned goods via registered post. Brent Wilson is not responsible for returned goods.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order.

Construction and delivery of custom made suits take 4-6 weeks to complete.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, United States, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates.
