Terms and Conditions: 2 Suits for $1000 Promotion

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the 2 Suits for $1000 Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Retail Trading Corp T/as BRENTWILSON (“Company”). By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

Limited Availability:

a. This promotional offer is subject to availability.

b. Once all available spots for this promotion are filled, we reserve the right to stop the promotion at any time without prior notice.

AI-Based Measurements:

a. For the purpose of measurements, we utilise the AI online Brent Wilson “My Tailor” measuring app (“My Tailor”).

b. The measurements obtained from the My Tailor measuring app, along with your personal height and body weight, are used to determine your actual body measurements.

c. While the AI technology aims to provide accurate measurements, slight variations may occur. It is recommended to follow the measurement guidelines provided to ensure the best fit.

When we receive your order and online measurements, our team conducts a detailed analysis to ensure the accuracy of your order and measurements. This quality control process is in place to identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies before your suit is processed and production begins based on the AI measurements.

We strive to provide the highest quality garments and take every precaution to ensure that your suit meets your expectations. If our team identifies any issues during the quality control process, we will promptly reach out to you to address the concerns and discuss potential solutions.

Please note that this quality control process is an additional step we take to ensure the accuracy of your measurements and the quality of your suit. However, slight variations may occur, and it is recommended to follow the measurement guidelines provided to achieve the best fit possible.

Alterations and Additional Charges:

a. Garments may require a minimal amount of alterations upon receiving and trying on your garments for the first time. Any and all alterations are an additional charge to the purchaser. These alterations would be minimal and cost-effective. We have taken this into account when pricing the suits in this promotion at such a desirable price. Even with a small amount of alterations, these suits are still far better value than anything else of this quality available in the market.

Reservation Policy:

a. We do not reserve spots for this offer in advance.

b. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon completion of the online purchase.

Online Purchase Only:

a. This offer is valid for online purchases only and cannot be availed through any other means.

Exclusivity and Non-Combination:

a. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

b. It is not permissible to combine this offer with any other ongoing promotions.

Individual Use:

a. This offer is intended for individual use and cannot be split between multiple persons.

Order & Client Information:

a. By ordering and making payment, you confirm and agree that all information regarding design details, fabrics, fittings, and personal contact details provided by you are true and correct.

b. If any information provided by the client has been given incorrectly, Brent Wilson takes no liability for the consequences arising from such errors.

Fitting and Delivery Schedule:

a. Once the finished suits are ready for delivery within our agreed 4-6 week delivery window, we will schedule shipment directly to the client’s provided delivery address ready for your second fitting and garment try-on.

No Refunds:

a. Please note that no refunds will be provided for the 2 Suits for $1000 offer. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, the purchase is considered final.

Supplemental Terms and Conditions:

These additional terms and conditions supplement the existing terms and conditions mentioned earlier. By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined.

Once we have completed your personal front and side scans along with your provided height and weight our Ai deep learning technology creates a 3D avatar of your exact body measurements and body posture in up to 15 seconds. 

With these unique and precise measurements, our expert tailors are equipped to construct a suit that matches the quality and precision of a personal fitting experience. 

The detailed data captured by our AI-based measurement system ensures that every aspect of your body shape and posture is taken into account, allowing our tailors to create a suit that fits you perfectly. Rest assured that the craftsmanship and attention to detail invested in each garment will be on par with the standards of a traditional in-person fitting.
